Starbucks - Orlando

I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years now, and the staff has always been friendly. However, I've noticed that their order accuracy has declined recently. Over the past few months, I've experienced several mistakes with my orders. They even kindly offered me a complimentary drink, but unfortunately, that was incorrect as well. They attempted to correct it a third time, yet it still wasn't right. It wasn't even a custom drink—just two simple adjustments.

I had a wonderful experience! I enjoyed a cake pop and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. The store is clean and beautifully designed.

The restaurant is noisy, and the staff seems more focused on socializing with each other than serving customers. The place was also dirty and had an unpleasant odor.
