Steak 'n Shake - Orlando

How is that a streak and shake can send chili Mack without the chili. Then the fries had black tips and could not eat the noodles or fries.

The burger was fantastic, the shake was sour. The order was delivered in a timely manner, and the shake wasnt melted; however it did taste sour. Thats something the restaurant messed up, not the dasher

This location is by far the best friendly service and kid friendly Shannon Freeman is by far out of any place we have ever been and with 6 kids most places aren't as welcoming we feel so welcome and respected treated is the most friendly way my kids absolutely love her it's a must stop on the weekends to say hi and grab hot fresh fries and cheese sauce thank you Shannon for making us feel at home

First time at this location,the fries were very good, but the burger was greasy...

We enjoyed the food. Typical burger place. Saw in other reviews people didn't like the self-serve kiosks, we didn't care. Hell, we actually prefer using them at other fast food places. It would have been nice, though, to have more than 1 kiosk that accepted cash.
