Taco Bell - Orlando

I've visited this place numerous times, and I've always had a positive experience. The service is friendly, and my orders have never been incorrect.

This restaurant is extremely disorganized. When you walk in, it’s unclear where to place your order, as there are registers that seem to suggest you order there. A fellow customer had to guide me to the self-service kiosks to figure out how to place my order. Additionally, there are no hand sanitizing stations near the kiosks or anywhere in the restaurant, and staff seemed unaware of any available stations. The kiosks are located on one side of the restaurant, while the food pickup area is on the opposite side. I ordered two crunchy tacos and ended up waiting at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, a person in front of me was still waiting for their Crunchwrap after 30 minutes. Once I finally sat down to eat, I realized there were no napkins in my bag, and I couldn't find any napkins anywhere in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Everything about eating was not bad, but the service was terrible. Everyone was friendly until this short Hispanic woman with glasses, she had no name tag, but I think the staff addressed her as JoJo, was absolutely terrible. This was not my first encounter with her, and she is still rude, not only myself, but other customers after me. I'm always discouraging this place because I don't want to be screamed at all times when I want a cripple.

The place looks clean and nice. The only problem is the customer service is terrible because if you walk into the place and you don't have a mask on they will raise their voice to have you leave. No mask no service no friendliness

I'm disappointed that she removed the pizza from the menu, especially since there are many dishes I enjoy, like the taco salad.
