Top Smoothie - Orlando

When I first visited Planet Smoothie, I was impressed. The customer service provided by the young lady was outstanding! She patiently assisted us in choosing the smoothies we wanted without rushing us through our order. I was particularly impressed by her memory; she remembered all the add-ons we requested without writing anything down. I believe her name was Ayah (apologies if I've misspelled it), but she truly made our experience wonderful! I will definitely return because of the excellent customer service. She deserves a promotion or a raise!

I misplaced my credit card, but I must say the smoothie was quite good. I ordered the strawberry banana smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious! Next time, I'll try something with a protein boost, especially since it’s conveniently located right next to the gym. The smoothie was served quickly, although I will admit that the price is on the higher side for just a drink.

I’m not sure who the young lady was that worked the night of December 9, 2019, but her customer service was outstanding. She truly won me over as a customer. Kudos to her!
