Urban Flats 55 West - Orlando

Alex is fantastic! He has a great personality and made my moving experience so easy. 55 West is fortunate to have him on their team.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This is a worn down apartment building with dirty run-down apartments and common areas. The management is doing a terrible job. It doesn't feel safe or secure at all, junky people inside and outside. The staff is terrible, very rude, unprofessional, acts like they are bothered by everything and everyone, awful attitude. This is definitely not a place you want to live!! Stay away! Any other apartment building but this one, trust me! The good reviews are most likely fake or left by friends of the staff.Reply to the responce by 55West below: I was a perspective resident, found the complex online, I filled out the app and was approved. All looked great online and in the video tour, completely different experience when i came in person, read the above review.

Linda is an outstanding leasing agent who guides you through the entire process and is always available to answer your questions. The property is currently undergoing renovations under new management and it looks fantastic; it feels both safe and luxurious. Its central location and beautiful, spacious units make it hard to beat, especially after visiting more than five other buildings.

Linda has been absolutely amazing to work with. I started talking to her over a year ago when I was first moving to the area. I ended up going to different route at first and not moving into 55W. A year later when I started looking around for a new apartment due to the dissatisfaction with my original choice, I immediately thought of 55W due to the helpfulness Linda originally provided. Her communication was impeccable and made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. The staff can have a huge impact on an overall living experience within an apartment community and so far, she’s set that bar pretty high! Thanks for all of your help finally getting me here, couldn’t be happier with the choice! The security, concierge and maintenance staff that I have met so far have also been extremely nice and helpful!

We had a wonderful experience touring the restaurant. Linda was fantastic—knowledgeable, approachable, and a lot of fun. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all our questions were answered. We absolutely loved it!
