Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered quite a bit of food and my order was correct and still hot and fresh. The 20 piece wing was a hit with my guest.

The first time we go to this particle Zaxby. The drive thru was fast and my food was ready. That was hot and fresh. They give you exactly what you want. I forgot the ketchup for Pommes, but they were still delicious. ?

Ordered the 5 piece chicken strips. As always the food is good, but that's not why I'm writing this review. Our cashier was Pearla, and she is as kind, friendly, funny and bubbly as they come! She was super patient with us while our 8 year old couldn't decide and kept changing his mind and asking questions. From the moment we entered the door she greeted us with a smile that illuminated the room and makes you happy you chose here. We were the only ones here since they just opened, and she brought our food to the table, she even handed out or trays and condiments. I have never had someone this kind at a fast food restaurant! Her jovial personality really made this a wonderful experience far better than anything you order. If you want the best service in Central Florida, come see Pearla!

This Zaxby's on Forest City road is pretty new, one or two years old. So of course it still looks great from the outside. I've only tried the drive through a few times and it's been a good experience each time. They have great salads and I just tried some chicken strips that were great. I also love that they include garlic bread with there meals, which sets them apart from the other chicken spots. I will definitely give them another try in the future.

I'm from out of town so I stopped by on my way back home because I was starving. I don't necessarily frequent Zaxby's that often because I'm always on the go in a rush and they're not as common to find on the way to going places as you would any regular fast food place. Luckily I spotted this one on the map and remembered how good their Wings and Things are, so I went made that my lunch stop. Immediately as I walked in the smell of the food was amazing. I went to the restroom before ordering my food and it was very nice and clean. I proceeded to order my food and the lady that took my order (wish I would have looked at her name tag) was super nice and helpful. The whole team in the back seem to work well together. They were all doing something and keeping things moving. I observed as they placed the orders on the line to be served and not a single order stayed there for more than a few seconds. Everything on the condiments table was properly stocked and their platters are so filling and yummy, just like I remember (I wish I could take a nap now). I'm so glad I stopped here for lunch. Excellent team.
