Benny&co. - Orleans

This meal is definitely one of the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. When we arrived, we were the only two customers in the place. I ordered a two-leg meal, which I had enjoyed at a place in Gatineau before, but not this time. The chicken was dry, the bottom half of my hamburger bun was ice cold, and the fries tasted just like McCain's frozen fries. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant!

I went to the restaurant with friends for a meal, and unfortunately, we experienced terrible service from the cashier. I’m not certain of her name, but I think it might be Micka. While the food itself was good, the service left much to be desired. The cashier was cleaning right next to me, and it felt like she was flinging dirt all over. She was overly friendly and touchy with my friends, yet quite rude when it was my turn to order. Additionally, she was on her phone while I was waiting in line, completely ignoring us and not taking our orders.

Hello, I’m not sure what the issue is with this restaurant, but whenever we get the rare chance to order from them, it seems they're either closed, about to close, or dealing with staff shortages that force them to close early. As a result, we often end up ordering from St. Hubert or KFC to satisfy our chicken cravings. It feels like this restaurant might be on the verge of going out of business. Incredible! Thank you for saving us over $50. We’ll just cook for ourselves!

Rotisserie chicken and pountines. Love the Sunday evening kids eat free. Enough that we've almost made it a biweekly stop to grab chicken. Staff is always friendly.Kid-friendliness: Free meals that the kids love as well as a play area. My daughters are always happy to come.

Fries are never cooked enough.Always mess up my takeout order.Staff was not friendly at all. Not accommodating to English customers.
