Lone Star Texas Grill - Orleans

My friends and I visited Lone Star on Saturday at around 1pm to enjoy some drinks on the patio. It was our first time there since they opened. We tried the Mexican Bulldog and Blue Raspberry drinks, which were both excellent. They were a bit pricey at $13 each, but worth it. Our server was very polite and attentive, providing excellent service. We ordered 2lbs of wings, half in Habanero hot sauce and half in medium hot sauce, with fries. They also started us off with a basket of nachos and salsa, which were delicious. The fries and wings were both delicious. Overall, our experience was a 5+ rating. I can't wait to dine in next time. While I think it's a bit expensive, they have menu options that suit everyone's budget. I'm excited to go back and give Lone Star 5 Randy Review stars.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, but the service was terrible. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table after we were seated, and no one checked in on us during our meal. We were charged $4 for a club soda that was never refilled. When we asked for the bill, the waitress ignored us. Please inform the staff to regularly check in on tables and avoid chatting with friends or being on their phones.

My experience at the restaurant for my 50th birthday was disappointing. We had a 2pm sitting and the restaurant was not busy. However, it took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. The waitress never asked how our meals were, never refilled our water, and I had to ask twice for my drink. The birthday boy's steak was overcooked and his wife's Taco salad did not have the ingredients listed on the menu. She was upset as she cannot eat orange cheese, which was present in both rounds of the salad. She asked for a meal to go, but there was no quality control check in the kitchen. The manager on duty seemed disengaged and uninterested in customer satisfaction. We had to ask for takeout boxes three times and our bills took over 30 minutes to arrive. I had to insist on getting it as I needed to leave. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was still terrible. Additionally, the birthday cake we requested took 30 minutes to come out. Overall, we were disappointed with the Orleans location and will not be returning. I am willing to travel to another location that is more organized and cares about the customer experience.

I wasn't a fan of dining in at this restaurant, but my takeout experience was fantastic! I ordered the two can dine tacos and was pleasantly surprised by the large bag of chips and huge container of salsa. The food was good and still hot. I would definitely recommend ordering for pickup again!

Such an amazing place! we had cadillac as our server tonight and she was fantastic, not a single complaint to be said, she was very attentive, fun and smiley! the food was nice and hot, very tasty. will definitely be back again soon :
