Bidra med feedbackAbba, which should not be confused with the iconic 1970s Swedish pop group, does an excellent job of combining local seafood—primarily seafood—with diverse culinary influences from around the world, particularly Israeli and Asian flavors. I've dined here several times, but my recent favorite dish is the Shrimp Lobster Pad Thai; it was absolutely delightful, and my dining companions were envious of my choice. I sampled a bit of everything, and it was all good. I also highly recommend the spring rolls, razor clams, and any of the salads. Everything is expertly prepared, making it difficult to leave disappointed. The cocktails are fantastic as well, and the atmosphere is lovely. Our server was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!
If you're looking for a great dining experience, this is the place to go. We began our evening with a selection of craft cocktails and were pleasantly surprised, especially considering our choice of restaurant. The drinks were even better than those we had at Martha Weinberg, which is of comparable quality. I ordered the scallops and risotto, while my husband opted for the lobster and shrimp pad Thai; both dishes were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. We even indulged in dessert, which is something we rarely do. We sat at the cozy bar, and the bartender was an absolute delight—he answered all our questions and provided fantastic recommendations. If high-quality food and flavor are important to you, I highly recommend paying a visit!
The service was exceptional; Mike and Evan, our servers, were knowledgeable and friendly, offering some excellent cocktail recommendations. Chef Erez is not just a fantastic leader in the kitchen, but also a really approachable guy who takes the time to check in with guests to ensure everything is satisfactory—this level of hospitality made a big difference. As someone who is generally a picky eater, I was excited to step out of my comfort zone and try new dishes like hummus, dessert, and mussels, and I’m so glad I did! The food was fresh and bursting with flavor; the meat kebab paired with tahini sauce was a perfect combo. The cocktails were impressively strong, which added to the experience. I wrapped up my meal with an amazing Pad Thai, but I can't help but wish I had tried the short ribs or NY Strip as well. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Cape Cod just to dine at Abba again! If you haven't been, you truly don't know what you're missing. I highly recommend giving Abba a try!
It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! I can't wait to go back. The cocktails were also amazing!
Abba stands above. Everything we ordered was creatively prepared and cooked perfectly. The service was attentive yet not overbearing. Despite the quality of the restaurant, dress is casual. The wine list is well selected. For sure, there are less expensive places in the area that serve humongous portions of mediocre food, and if that's what you value, then Abba is not for you. But if you want a memorable and satisfying dining experience, eat here.
