Taco Bell - Ormond Beach

I spoke with Manager Michael about my incorrect order, but he was unwilling to rectify the mistake. Even though I had my receipt and credit card to validate the purchase, he did not want to assist me. I advised him to refer to the restaurant's policy on such matters.

Very nice and clean Taco Bell. For a quick bite of Mexican food while running, great place to go. There is a lot on the menu to choose from. Most large credit cards, drive thru window or order inside. Handicap parking and wheel chair accessible.

I would advise against purchasing a hard or crunchy taco from this Taco Bell location. Part of their taco-making process involves an employee at the end of the assembly line, and because of this, when you open the wrapper, your hard or crunchy taco ends up in pieces. I often find myself hoping that maybe this time I’ll get an intact taco, but it hasn’t happened yet. Tonight, I ordered a Doritos Supreme taco, but sadly, I ended up with a Doritos Supreme taco salad instead. It seems like this kind of mix-up happens all the time!

Our friend Quincy created the most unforgettable experience my girlfriend and I have ever had at Taco Bell. He went above and beyond, preparing our food with extra care and making us feel like family. This kind of kindness is what we need more of in the world—less hate and more love. Thank you, Quincy!!!

We eat here typically once a week and we are always satisfied with the service and food we receive. Barbette and the rest of the staff are great!
