Subway - Oro Valley

Jennifer has messed up on the order, the wrong brot gave, nothing added to what I wanted. the broth is crushed. when I tried to talk to her either to get a refund or make it new, she told me no and that I was guilty. very unprofessional, but I suppose what can they expect when their career tip is in the subway?

The staff is extremely friendly. We bring our son on Wednesdays during his early school release to teach him how to place his own orders. He’s a bit shy and speaks softly, but they are very patient with him, and we really appreciate it!

This Subway is like many others I've visited. I've been here a few times, and for some reason, there's always a problem. During my last visit, they charged me for two meals even though we only ordered sandwiches. Because of this, I prefer to go to the Subway in La Canada in Oro Valley, even though this one is closer.

Love subway. only wish mayo was applied more evenly and not on the edge : always happens

I visited for lunch a few days ago and was warmly welcomed by a young woman with red hair. She was an excellent employee, offering great recommendations, preparing my sandwich quickly, and displaying kindness and friendliness throughout the process. The store was very clean, and she even went above and beyond by asking if I needed assistance carrying my food and drinks to my car. I will definitely be returning. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff.
