Grilled cheese was over grilled usually food is good but when it's busy it seems things aren't quite as good as normal

When I placed my order they put me on hand was Uber 5 minutes before they got back 20 minutes later the screen said my order was on its way 10 minutes later no order When they did come to my vehicle it was the wrong order I request a REFUND..

Horrible service waiting almost an hour for them to take my order then over an hour and a half later I'm still waiting on my food ridiculousParking: NA

We parked. In a spot, and waited and waited, and waited. Finally after watching so many others drive thru the window drive thru and leave , I chose to drive to the drive thru and get in line, and order food. There was a lot on menu to choose from except once we got our food, $40 for one adult, two children!! The food was mushy, and at best, super messy and tasted much like frozen food , not fresh whatsoever.Shane. The grandkids were so excited to go to Sonic ..bummer. waste of slot of money !!
