We stopped here for a last minute Sunday lunch and they squeezed us (and the dog! in. One of the best pub roasts I’ve had in ages, had the gammon because they had run out of other meats and even though that wouldn’t be my usual choice I really enjoyed it! Went here after visiting a pumpkin farm. Staff were accommodating and flexible. We liked that they have a kids menu that is reasonably priced and the garden was great for our party's group of toddlers.. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been past this pub a lot but the first time I've gone in it. Lovely meal, efficient and friendly staff. I had the scampi and my friend the chilli con carne. Waffle with cream and chocolate sauce and my friend had ice cream for dessert. The scampi was very nice and I had a taste of the chilli con carne which I'll definitely have on our next visit. My friend said it was the best he'd ever tasted. Parking: Parking is at the side of the pub, but recommend backing in because it's a bit dodgy reversing out into the narrow main road.
