Old time favorite location from our early years. Still goid food. However the menu boards are stupidly small to read.

Great place always fast friendly service. Great patio to sit on. Outdoor seating available Great by river/stream. Food always fresh and hot.

It was like being in a time machine, up to and including an antique car that was there for a meal.

It was about 10 minutes until closing and it seemed a little dark already. Food wasn't very warm. Prices just seem to high for what you get. We got a hot dog, cheeseburger a black and a orange cow. The drinks were great as usual not cheap but a nice size for the price. We spent over $20 dollars just for that and a tip. The cheese for the fries has changed over the last few years and it's not even close to being as good as it used to be even the fries have changed. I used to get cheese for my fries every time I came and really looked forward to their opening just for the fries and cheese and now I don't even get them at all. I think now that they are open all year I'm not rushing to get a few dinners before they close for the year. Then the rush to go a few times when they open because you missed it. To expensive for what you get, for that price you could eat at a decent sit down restaurant.

Love this place! Now that it's open year-round, I can get my Papa burger, onion rings and root beer fix anytime!
