Bidra med feedbackWe brought the whole family while on vacation. We checked in upon arrival and were told it would be a 15-minute wait. We also gave our name to the bartender, who provided the same estimate. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a woman behind the bar informed us that seating was on a first-come, first-served basis. She added that finding a table for 12 would be quite a challenge and did so in a very rude manner. While we didn’t mind waiting, being kept in the dark and then scolded was entirely unacceptable. We decided to leave and went to Rizzo's instead. This was our first and last experience here. I can't comment on the food, but I noticed peanuts all over the floor, which isn't a good sign. I always try to be patient and generous with tips, knowing how challenging the industry can be. However, there is never an excuse for rudeness, especially in front of children!
I visited a couple of weeks ago, and I noticed they've changed their menu. They no longer offer Fried Chicken or Prime Rib, which is really disappointing. Now it just feels like any other bar you might find at the lake. I'm not sure what would bring me back.

I can't comment on the food since we left before being seated. The dripping water on the floor added to the chaotic atmosphere. Normally, I'm very patient, knowing that the restaurant industry can be tough, but we never received an apology for the rudeness, especially considering we had a small child with us!
A few weeks ago, they updated their menu and removed favorites like fried chicken and prime rib. It's disappointing, and now it feels just like any other bar. I don’t have much reason to return.
