Limestone Brewers - Osage

I’m back in Clear Lake getting my mom settled for the summer, and I’m always excited to check out what the local breweries have to offer. I stumbled upon Josh the Viking at a local liquor store, and I’m so glad I did. While some DIPAs can feel heavy, Josh the Viking is crisp and smooth, with delightful grapefruit notes and a touch of sweetness—maybe even pineapple—with a balanced hoppy bitterness at the end. I would definitely recommend it and plan to make the drive to Osage next time I’m in town.
