M No Yakiniku Dotombori - Osaka

We went here to have our first matsuzaka beef experience and it was quite pleasant. The server also speak chinese and give us some travelling tips. The food was great but it's pretty much self served bbq. You'll get to choose the combo of which part of the beef you want, but don't expect large portion. Similar to fine dining , 1 or 2 piece per section of the beef usually. Menus are also available on their website, ranging from 3700 to 9000 yen and we choose the 5800 yen combo.

We made reservations in advance online before coming here. There was no hassle on the website or when we arrived. We did 2 Premium set course and everything was pretty good. The 4 cuts of meat were pretty solid and the cold noodles were good (like korean naengmyun w ramen noodles). I'd pass on the garlic fried rice tho... it was kind of whatever's to me. Honestly, if I could redo the entire experience over again, I would have just done the beef sushi the entire meal through. The beef was perfectly seared and was delicious. Plus, bc I'm from Los Angeles, I do a TON of kbbq, so doing the bbq here was not a big deal... it is a pricey meal, so I'd only recommend this if you have the money and if you're staying in Osaka for a while and have eaten everything else already.

I didn't think this would be as good as beef. I was dead. Matsuzaka beef is even better. Ordered the special course (mid animal came with an appetizer of pickled vegetables, salad (superb dressing, Matsusaka marbled beef sushi (intense beef taste, short ribs and 4 different cuts of Matsusaka (2 pieces per person), also the garlic rice (damaging desire I had more space to finish this!!!! and dessert. Service was top notch.

A hidden gems where Matsusaka beef serves its best. Kellner is very friendly and attentive. Special mention for Terry, who deserves a 5 star applause. Please reserve to avoid disappointment...

The meat selection is thrilled here! Didn't know there was a cut over wagyu and what a great surprise that was! We overdided the food: ordered the plate, Chateaubriand and Sushi with grilled Matsusaka beef. Wow! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were not able to call our hotel from our mobile phones and the staff left us on the restaurant phone with our hotel to find a lost item.
