Bidra med feedbackYou will not regret going here, but you probably won't come again, and if you do, it's not because of 90% of the food. It's a buffet with pasta, some roast beef, a drink bar, salad bar, ramen, and alllll sorts of dessert including crepes made on the spot. The food is alright, and most of it isn't worth a plates worth, but there are a few items I personally found worth chomping on for the most part. This includes (at the time I went) the hamburger, the angriata pasta, the roast beef, and the short cakes. There are other food items of course and to each his own taste, but most of the food will supplement the things you find actually delicious.
An all-you-can-eat buffet close to 2000 yen entry fee is eventually understandable. The food are just OK quality, though I believe people should dine here mainly for unlimited sweets desserts. First time I tried this buffet because of their poster showing steak included. Then turns out that steak serving way only at limited time, and the steak was only thin layer on each plate... Lame. The other food like spaghetti or meat are OK quality, I believe, since it's a buffet for sure. I guess female guests will more likely dine in here since their sweets look more attractive than any other food on serving.
There are alot of variety.Food was decent but not what i would call delicious . Ambient is nice the roast beef only comes once every 1 hour which was kinda misguided from the front display.
The Premium is a reasonable buffet restaurant. NOTE THIS: The lunch buffet is only 90 minutes, while the dinner buffet is 120 minutes. Most of the food is of a pleasant standard, though a few of the dishes were rather too sweet, this includes the savoury dishes, notably the omelette with mushroom sauce on this occasion. The desserts are good on the whole, with the fresh crepes being a recommendation, with the ice-cream also being good, especially when combined with the various toppings. I heartily recommend the cassis sauce with the vanilla ice-cream. A big point of note is that the restaurant is very noisy, so having a decent conversation with dining partners is a challenge. Many of the other patrons were rather rude too, queue cutting on a frequent basis, which got rather frustrating. Especially as it is so uncommon in Japan usually. On a plus note, the staff are generally friendly, and respond well to requests to clear the table when needed. If you are looking for a substantial amount to eat, on a reasonable budget this is a worthwhile location. If you wish to enjoy a more relaxed dining experience, with good conversation, you may wish to find another venue.
The place is good with nice interior and view if you're seated near the windows. You can see the Osaka station trains and tracks. Why two stars? Basically they have this rule to wear a mask and plastic gloves when you get food. Most buffets and hotels are doing these too. BUT this restaurant is not strict enough to their rules. I saw people taking food without gloves and a person without a mask. Staffs even saw that man but didn't even say anything. One man can be the cause of all illness especially during COVID times.
