Little Lebanon Cafe & Restaurant

We,a group of seven, ordered the $25 banquet option. We were told it would be an hour to prepare which we agreed to as we had plenty of drinks (its BYO). We were ushered out the back to an area that has lounge type seating with heaps of room. The banquet arrived and was excellent. Great kebabs, salads,dips,breads etc. We could not eat it all and had to take home enough for 2 more meals. Great if your in no rush with a busy happy vibe.

We were there on a Saturday night in July and loved it. To me it was just like being in a restaurant in the Middle East: just about everyone was middle eastern in appearance, there were loads of families and it was absolutely packed. It was great to be somewhere completely different. It was also a bit chaotic which I felt added to the atmosphere! The food was sensational. Buffet was by far the most popular option and seemed great value but we opted for a la carte. We both had the gourmet platter and the meat and prawns were marinated beautifully. We finished off with baklava which was also lovely. Belly dancer was a surprise. She was good but for me the music was a bit too loud - but I wouldn't expect anything different from the Middle East! I think if you go expecting it to be a western restaurant you'll be disappointed. If you go expecting it to be what it is you'll have a fantastic evening. Booking on Saturday is a must.

To judge a place, just quick drop to the toilets. MacDonald's toilets are 5 stars compare to this one - like a scene from horror movie of some gory sort!Yes, the food is good, but the service is horrible (if you order from the menu, then you could wait up to an hour).The open buffet seemed good alternative and it was good at the beginning, but now only serves dull cold food - kebab is rarely available in the buffet.

Tried this place after being recommend by a friend. The food and service is average. Can't eat in the outdoor sitting area because it's dedicated for water based pipe smoking, a shame actually.

I highly recommend this place. Every time I go there the food is amazing and standard. Service is good and friendly wait staff. Love the rice,prawn and the chicken shawarma. Its BYO they have buffet and every Friday night its belly dancing night ????????????
