Boston Pizza - Oshawa

We come here 2-3 per month and we have never had it where the pita was rock hard and stale. After a long day at work i was so looking forward to some good hummus and pita. The waitress took off 25% off of the hummus( not the whole bill) but at least it was something.

We were cut off after a few drinks each. These guys lost their license a few months ago for questionable reasons. Do not come to this place as it is the worst Boston pizza I have ever been to. Go anywhere else!!!!

Each visit had excellent food for everyone and the service was perfect. Highly recommend. Jen and Dustin are always cheerful and are always looking to your comfort.

This restaurant chain, I will not return to. Went there for a birthday celebration. Very nice staff but the menu items are over-priced. Expect to spend a lot of money and receive poor value for the money. The food was OK but it wasn't so good to warrant for the prices charged for the entrees and appetizers. The entrees look very basic and not appealing. I ordered a pasta dish with chicken and that is all I got. I don't like Boston Pizza. It is over-rated and over-priced. At this location, they will serve alcohol even when a patron has obviously had too much to drink. This resulted in a fatal accident that with somebody who lost their life.

Stopped in one afternoon to grab some quick food and a beer. Boy was I mistaken. When i arrived must have been3:30 /4pm and the dance music was so loud I'm surprised the other 6 patrons (two of who were children) could think. Nobody seated me or for that matter acknowledged me. So I pulled myself over to the bar area grabbed a stool. Good thing I was sitting. After close to 7 minutes ( it felt longer ) I asked the other fella at the bar "Does anybody work here?" He replied cash in hand" This is F'in stupid. Ive been waiting to pay my bill for 15min." So i walked to kitchen area to find staff member doing some sort of stretching or dancing with serving shelving. I asked him "does anybody work here" he jumped to attn said " right with you sir one moment" at that point I just walked out. Funny the guy waiting to pay beat me out to the parking lot. And said " they don't need my $" To Boston Pizzas credit. I phoned the head office from the parking lot they got back to me that evening listened to what i had to say. Then the general manager got back to me. I ignored him and he called again. So they tried to make it right. But I'll never go back. Or for that mattet go to any other locations.
