Freshii - Oshawa

**Pros:** The interior is very clean and bright, with large windows that let in plenty of light. There's a lot of space in both the common area and the bathroom, which are accommodating for wheelchairs, complete with accessible buttons. The staff is respectful, and the food is both delicious and healthy. **Cons:** The labeling for the fridge items could be improved, as it’s a bit unclear. The serving sizes are on the smaller side, and I found the chairs uncomfortable – they could really use some cushions. Additionally, it would be nice to have a table option where you can sit down and wait for your food. Overall, I would choose to visit Freshii over Panera Bread. **Vegetarian options:** There are plenty available!

Beware of the Pangea bowl! This location makes it look really appealing, but don’t be deceived like I was. I was surprised to find it came with a small variety of toppings and a whopping 2.5 cups of rice! I have to admit I was let down. I’ll give this place another shot, but next time I’ll make sure to ask for less rice and more toppings, and I’ll check the bowl before leaving to avoid any disappointment.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly kind, caring, and generous! The food is consistently delicious, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices available. I really appreciate the falafel! Dietary options include numerous vegan and gluten-free selections, and they are more than willing to accommodate modifications to the menu items as needed.

Had the Buddha satay today really delicious and healthy. Awesome staff and healthy food. Highly recommended.

Been going here to purchase food which I enjoy (regular customer). Needs improvement with the customer service...I was in the area twice and chose to use the restroom only to be argued with by the lady to the front with the accent (Middle Eastern look/short) stating it was out of order which it wasn't knowing I wanted to go urgently. This is unacceptable especially for a regular customer! Good business ethics is NOT just about receiving people's money but GOOD customer service.
