Jimmy Guacos Bordertown Burritos

I’m a long time customer of this shop. I order for a family of five. After picking up my order, I realized when I arrived home my burrito and my wife’s bowl was missing paid items. Called and was told manger would contact me the...next day as he was not available. Still waiting for that call. WOW!!

I highly recommend this excellent burrito shop. The ingredients are fresh, tasty, and the sauces are delicious. There are also plenty of vegan options to choose from. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Used to be my favourite burrito place in Durham, one of my favourite fast food spots period for years! Has gone dramatically down hill recently. Their moderate success has gone to their head as prices keep rising. I am a boring burrito order, only asking...for about toppings but they are asking for an extra dollar for more than a half ounce of RICE. Yes. RICE. The thing that costs them cents to make a pound of. A regular burrito with a pop comes to dollars and the staff gives you the stink eye if you aren't tipping. Not worth it anymore.

I recently started a new job in the area and my coworkers have a weekly lunch meetup at Jimmy Guac’s. They have been doing this for years, so it must be a good spot, right?! I have tried the bowl, tacos, burritos, and Jimmy G, and they were all delicious. The prices are a bit high, but the fact that they offer filtered and sparkling water helps make up for it. They also have homemade Churros and cookies that look amazing, although I have not tried them yet. If you are in Oshawa, you should definitely give Jimmy Guac's a try at least once!

I visited the restaurant recently and found that the prices on their website were not accurate. The burrito bowl I ordered was smaller than expected, and the container it came in was very small. I recommend asking for less rice as it takes up too much space in the bowl. The food was tasty, but the size of the bowl was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but as a gluten-free diner, I may not return for a while.
