Jugo Juice - Oshawa

Today, I came to this restaurant after my workout at 9:56 am. Everything was open and ready, so I waited in line. However, I was rudely told that they were not open yet, even though they were supposed to open at 10 am. Due to this negative experience, I do not plan on coming back.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and provide amazing service. The smoothies are also delicious!

I have been a regular customer at Jugo since it opened in the mall and have always been impressed by the great management. However, I am now disappointed by the new employees who seem unprofessional. The service has been lacking, with broken machines and a lack of fresh fruits and vegetables. It is unfortunate that this once great place may soon go out of business. My friends who also work at the mall share in my disappointment with the new management and employees at Jugo.

I’ve been to the Oshawa Centre location many times and it used to be a very pleasant experience… however, ever since they switched to new owners, I have noticed the quality of customer service decline tremendously. I do not feel welcomed there whatsoever and I feel as though my business is not a priority to them; a nuisance if you will. After going to them a few times and experiencing the same thing, I have reached my last straw. The drink I attempted to order today included an ingredient in which they were out of and instead of kindly explaining they were out and offering something similar, the lady working there (3:30 pm) seemed aggravated I had even ordered anything in the first place. Completely unacceptable. Will not be returning unless things change at this location.

After having a particularly rough day,I decided to pop in on the recommendation of a friend..I tried their strawberry banana (my favorite) and was pleasantly surprised!Great service so welcoming and friendly.I went on about my day with a smile on my face and a spring in my step..You just got yourself a new regular customer
