Very veeery bad service! Especially from this one barista who is pretty rude to customers when giving out drinks. Doesn’t want to answer any of the questions, perhaps repeat a bit more louder the name the drink he just made, no smile, rude, and overall looks like he doesn’t even like working here Hopefully it changes on the better asap, this happens every time with the exact same guy (barista . : The cafe is very lovely though, the atmosphere and the location is amazing!

Very expensive, bad quality, dirty. Missing small coffee shops with heart and passion. This big company is just so vulgar

We absolutely LOVED espresso house! The service and quality of the product was the same no matter which city we were in. Cosy cafes in central locations. We were at both Aker Brygge and Bodo cafes and the iced coffee and matcha lattes were delicious and promptly made. The only reason I didn't give 5/5 was because sometimes hard to find a seat and/or slow turnaround with clearing tables and cleaning them but assume that's normal right now with COVID times due to staff shortages. Other than that definitely will be getting our coffees from here when we are next in the region!
