Kaffebrenneriet - Oslo

Nice coffee shop in Markveien Oslo. Atmosphere is nice, have indoor and outdoor seating, staff are friendly. Coffee is nice and bakery/pastry are nice too. Had Iskaffe and Brioche Kanel. Iskaffe was good and Brioche Kanel was nice, bun is soft. Recommended.

This branch is really nice just around the corner, especially to enjoy the sun on a sunny day. I like the pastries of Kaffebrebberiet. I think they’re quite good. Today we tried their fastelavnsboller. It was made with fresh strawberries, the dough was firmer. So far, I liked it more than the other Semlor buns I tried. 2021.03.16: Now that Easter on its way, Kaffebrenneriet is full of Easter chocolates, Easter buns and Easter coffee For now, I only bought Easter blend coffee, and although I generally don’t drink and like filter coffee; I absolutely loved this one! It’s so refreshing, rich in aromas and smooth. I hope there will be similar blends after Easter too.

The food and coffee at Kaffebrenneriet is excellent. The staff at this place need a course in costumer service. They were arrogant and unpleasant. Maybe because it was Sunday, but still...
