Quizno's - Osoyoos

I tried the lobster Chipotle Sub and it was absolutely delicious. The friendly staff member, who is a student, mentioned their hopes of settling down in Canada for the long term.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past three weeks, and each time has been a disappointing experience. The first time, they were busy and the tables were dirty. They did not have pickles available and the heat was uncomfortably high. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance and returned today around 11:20. I had to wait for them to unlock the door, even though their sign said they opened at 11. When I went inside, the employee told me they could only make chicken dishes at the moment. I offered to wait 5 minutes for the classic club sandwich, but she said it would take much longer. I looked around and realized they had no other meat or vegetable options available, so I politely left.

This place was attached to the hotel where we were while in Osoyoos. We decided to eat lunch and bring it to our room. I had the Black Angus, there was a good amount of toppings and it was fresh, it would have more... sauce as it was slightly dry. If one compares this situation to other places where we were, the quality was good where the amount of blows was related compared to the amount of bread. One of the staff recognized us from the hotel as she also works there, friendly young lady. I'd probably come back.

My wife is a veterinarian. The restaurant was closed, but when we inquired about the sandwich, the staff kindly agreed to prepare it for us. As my wife is a vegetarian, we asked if a special vegetarian sandwich could be made, and they happily obliged. It turned out to be one of the best sandwiches we have ever had. We are extremely grateful for the accommodating and friendly service provided by the staff, as well as for the delicious sandwich.

This Quiznos closed for four or five months during the dog days... You would think they would have made some changes for the better, but nope. I like Quiznos but this location really doesn't do a great job. Service was fine as I was the...only one there at lunch time. My soup was microwaved??? Peppercorn steak was very dry The bottled soft drink was the hit. Very disappointing as I like Quiznos elsewhere. Whomever is running this location just does not care in the least.
