We were the first yesterday. Once in Hermes and were very positively surprised. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty, the portions are sufficiently large and the price-performance ratio is great. The host is also very accommodating and very nice. The waiting times were very short despite the full house. We're definitely coming back. Absolute recommendation.
