Prohibition Junction Sports Grill

My wife and I went to this bar for the first time today 3/26/23. We were able to sit at the bar because it wasn't busy. We sat at the bar for 10-15 minutes and no one even said hello. I got to watch the Texas Miami NCAA game but that was the only good thing. We won't be coming back. No hello, no drink menu, no acknowledgement at all.

Not Happy at All!! Service was Very Very Poor!! Menu was very minimal almost stuff I could get it mcdonald's just named different with a little this n a little that.Outside looks super inviting but don't waste your time!! Literally! Very basic menu..no service..music loader than average i mean where you couldn't hear yourself speak.overall..keep driving by

The wait staff was really nice but the margarita tasted like concentrated syrup and the food was just bad. Loaded fries consisted of overcooked (but still somehow soggy) fries with the worst cheese sauce I 've ever tasted and little bits of bacon. The burger was shoe leather consistency and only marginally better than the fries.

We had been to two other restaurants that we actually had to leave because the service was so bad or more accurately not existent. We came into this optimistic. The people at the bar seem like nice people and the waitress was very polite. Took our drink orders and the drinks were perfect, we ordered our food and I was told that if I wanted fries with any sandwich that wasn't a hamburger. Hamburger it was a $3 up charge but fries came with all the burgers. It seemed like we were never going to get our food. We were there for 40 minutes before we received our food. The chips were homemade so I expected them to be hot but they were cold and I was supposed to get fries with my burger and I got chips. The waitress apologize for that and said she would check on it. She never came back about the fries. She finally came back to ask if we wanted anything else and we asked about the fries. She said well. She always thought that fries came with the burgers but the cook told her that they didn't. After that statement she made no attempt to rectify anything or correct anything. It was kind of an SOL situation. Then she asked if we wanted anything else. We just asked for the check. My burger was lukewarm at best. My wife's sandwich was okay. Not horrible, not good, just okay. The price for a glass of wine and two high-end mixed drinks was reasonable. It's probably not a bad place to go and get drinks, but I don't recommend their food even though when I saw their menu I was kind of excited and very optimistic, but the descriptions leave a lot to be desired when you actually get the food. One of the people working there I honestly thought was a homeless person that they were helping out and I didn't realize until we were almost ready to leave that he actually worked there. As we were leaving the lot there was an empty whiskey pint and beer bottle in the landscaping....5 steps from the door... I think it's kind of one of those situations where the environment and atmosphere is that of friends and they have become complacent and too comfortable in their work environment. There is almost zero professionalism for a restaurant or bar at this facility. The people were very nice, they were just not very competent at their jobs. I'm starting to think that it's really not worth it to eat out anywhere anymore. Between a lot of the prices skyrocketing and the lack of ambition or enthusiasm with the employees, it's really wearing me down at this point.

We got burgers and kid's corn dogs. The burgers were very good. The chips were good but had the seasonings clumped on a few. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside but undercooked on the inside. The kids corn dogs tasted like they were covered in a beer batter; my family did not like them. The outside seating is nice with games and TVs, but it is very very smoky.
