Canal Plaza Tourist Information Center

There's table food and seat that you can eat your own food. The area is just near the canal so if you are tired walking along the canal you may rest in here. There's also chocholates sold in here, mostly are only sold in Otaru.

Consider it a resting stop--get drinks, snacks, or using toilets. of course, the staff is friendly to take questions.

It's nice place with local drink and dining, staff can speak English and helpful

Like the view. Bring bread to feed the ducks. Scenic and calm. Very crowded with tourists.

Incredible exhibition as part of the Japanese Media and Arts Festival. Some seriously cool things in the giftshop as well as a ton of tourist information and free WiFi!
