Bidra med feedbackI was not impressed with this restaurant. The service was terrible, it took over an hour for our food to arrive on a not so busy day. The waiter didn't seem to care about us, never refilled our drinks or checked on us. It felt like they only acted nice in hopes of getting a good tip. I would not recommend this place.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today. The food was absolutely delicious! Although there was a lack of staff which resulted in a wait to be seated and served, our server was excellent.
The drinks were delicious and the food was not only tasty but also affordable. The manager, JC, went above and beyond to accommodate us on the terrace by turning on some heat lamps. Our waitress was also very kind. The free fishbowl days were a hit with the whole family! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I had a strange experience before 2-3 weeks at this place. I visited with my two children (under 2 years) and my husband for lunch. we demanded a calmer against (the music was very loud) and sat in a quiet corner. my youngest and I are milk-free (breastfeeding) and asked for a milk-free meal. my youngest follows a baby-taste method to eat, so that I give her pieces and pieces of carefully cut food. first, for an empty restaurant, it took 25 min to get each eat. the children became tired. we then got our teller and mine had still been eating (I didn't ask for a cheese) what was no problem, I just asked another. the manager was very friendly and brought me an salat while we waited. my teller comes back 10 or so minutes later and this time missing. the manager came by to apologize (very friendly) but did my youngest high chair plate clean, not understand that this is how she eats. at this place I had to eat quickly because the children were curly and my youngest screamed because their food was taken away. I had no chance to finish the riders since we had to leave. this is definitely not a restaurant for younger children (which is a scandal because they are the only ones with right high chairs). they really tried to be helpful and make mistakes, but we will not come back soon, just too much for us.
It was way too hot, the ac was on but I don’t think it was working. The food is good, sometimes even great, but when your dealing with the heat and trying to enjoy your food it makes it less pleasurable. It was so hot, that one family member was feeling as if they were going to faint due to the heat. The manager said there is nothing they can do, but if the customers and the workers are sweating, then something is up. The manager said that it must be hot because people are going in and out of the restaurant. Even when people go in and out it should not be that hot, I mean even Starbucks is not that hot and it has its window open and people constantly going through.
