Dining Hall - Ottawa

I just went in to ask a question before dining, and I encountered a lady (possibly from Africa or the Caribbean) who was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude. Manager, please take action on this.

This is a student cafeteria. The management and staff have worked hard to provide high-quality and nutritious food. The price to quality ratio can't be beaten in Ottawa.

Never again, nothing to eat, disgusting, students at Uottawa try hard to not have a mandatory meal plan. I have given an absurd amount of money to this place and i have never been this unhealthy. it is a scam for the university students who dont have any other choices then to eat here... such a shame

Big enough issue with bugs appearing in food to begin, but the unsanitary conditions especially over the holidays are quite sickening. bugs flying around food, compost area, tables. water has odd white swirls in it often. soda dispensers are clearly not regulated properly as they cause sickness. this place needs a health inspector seriously.

For the amount parents are paying for this service, it's disappointing to see the quality and food options decline after just a month. It's important to make better choices for the students—no one really enjoys meatloaf, and the variety of spices used in all the dishes isn't appealing.
