Habaybna - Ottawa

The kabob at this restaurant is fantastic – it's incredibly juicy and delicious. It's the biggest skewer of bark kabob I've ever come across. Although the restaurant is tiny, it's perfect for takeout.

I thoroughly enjoyed the kabob as it was wonderfully spiced and the huh was delicious. The broth was tasty as well, although I was not a fan of it being frozen as I could still feel it cold on one side. However, the main dish was just as good as the broth. Overall, I had a great dining experience at this clean and well-run restaurant. The owner is a friendly and welcoming individual. The tea was also enjoyable, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Despite this, I am happy to have discovered this place. The charcoal-cooked meat had an amazing taste that exceeded my expectations.

A coworker recommended that I try the food at Habaybna restaurant, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The food was very filling and delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The owner was very respectful and even gave me a free falafel to try when I asked what it was. I don't think any other restaurant would offer that kind of gesture. I have since recommended the restaurant to some friends, and they were all just as happy with their meals as I was.

Wow, can't get enough of her eating. it's barbecue on the go, what they can ask more, and so cheap. so many options of different types of food. always add additional things without fee. the guy who works there is so beautiful and funny. (the owner I think) I was so happy when I heard that there is an Iraqi restaurant that was opened in ottawa, finally homemade food in a restaurant! all my customers that I said I should try this restaurant were returned with good news. by the way, to the comment made above, instead of going over a situation in a car with friends and shooting negativeity directly from the fledermaus, I actually went to the owner after I saw that and asked him what it was all. the first menus were a big mistake and were not designed as they wanted. it is a new business, practice makes perfect. also, at the beginning there were perhaps a few people who worked there who did not know what they did, I agree with them about it, but they no longer work there. I have heard nothing but great things about this place from many different people, great people and great eating! wish them all best

DO NOT GO HERE these people do not have good business practice. I went there were several friends and I asked for a menu too look over what I wanted to get when it was my time to pay they wanted me to pay double...the price that was advertised on the menu I was fuming this place is horrible!! and when I mentioned it they said ok fine lets ' call it $10 no problem when my meal was $6 AS IF they gave me a deal!!!! HOOORRRIBLE will NEVER go back there again and will tell all my friends this story!!! The worst part is when I was in the car discussing it with my friends we all realized they over charged us all!!! not just me they just arbitrary throw a price out and charge you it as long as it 's more than the advertised menu. IF YOU DO GO HERE always ask for the menu otherwise they charge more I am so shocked that they would have the audacity to charge me so much more even after I saw the menu...do they think I 'm stupid of something? anyways my best advice is DO NOT attempt to even go here you will get ripped off!!!!
