Love their desserts and gelato. You can tell that everything is well made, and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone

The gelato is amazing, and they've got a good variety. The atmosphere is comfy with friendly employees. Definitely try out their cakes and other desserts!

One of a couple of good places for gelato in Ottawa, it ain't cheap but the gelato is to die for, almost as good as in Italy, yes I tried it while down there.You can have alcoholic beverages as well, I will recommend this place to people in the little Italy area.

The layout is very cluttered, it’s impossible to think.When reading the menu, the manager or something dismissed me so he could carry on chatting… but I was immediately greeted by a sweet and seemingly overworked young woman. I ordered a coffee con panna and a fruit tart.When I realized my barista was reaching for Canned Kirkland Whipped Cream to put on my coffee, I had to stop her. I ended up paying a dollar extra for sweet spray cheese that I didn’t even want.The espresso itself was strangely hot, and under extracted. No body or nuance to it.The fruit tart was quite nice. The custard was very smooth and vanilla’d, and the crust was perfectly crumbly, tender and flavourful. I made sure to sample gelato as well. The lemon flavour was pretty good, comparable to a mediocre shop in Italy.I may return, I may not.

We have been customers for decades. Their cappuccino is unbelievable. They have incredible variety of pastries and chocolate fine products. And the place is so charming….
