Thai Express - Ottawa

Ordered a shrimp pad thai and they put no shrimp in it, but chicken… Drove 30km to hotel before opening my food and realizing that. Very frustrating.

The elderly woman at the register began shouting at us when we requested two sauces, which was quite unpleasant, especially considering we had just paid $40 for two orders of pad thai.

These guys served me wrong order, instead of basil they have provide me with pineapple fried rice. very disappointed.

On Wednesday night, we ordered a couple of fried rice dishes through Uber and were disappointed to find that raw, uncooked rice was mixed in with the boiled rice. We have ordered from Thai Express frequently in the past, but we have never had such a terrible experience before.

Our food was uncooked and not enough flavour and they didn’t put half the ingredients in, and substituted pineapple for mango without asking.
