I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, and it was the best burger I've had in ages. I asked if I could substitute provolone cheese for mozzarella, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. It seemed like they had a shortage of waitstaff that night, but my waitress did her best to take care of all her customers.
