Tested and approved. Chicken and seafood paella discovered this afternoon at the Nozay market. Excellent. Soft and melt-in-the-mouth rice. Not too spicy. My husband prefers the Serrano ones and I prefer the chicken ones, no fighting at least . Also discovered spinach croquettas but less popular. We feel that it is homemade and we ask for more.
