Supermac's - Oughterard

Nice place but I ordered a vegetarian burger and then asked me if I wanted taco sauce on my ships, I asked if it was just sauce then said yes and it came with a load of meat on top. Who orders a vegetarian burger and then wants their chips covered in meat?

Have been here a few times now and have to staff some staff very rude and almost argue when THEY get the order wrong. Perhaps if they listened and made eye contact with the customer they would get better reviews. Manners go a long way.

This is my 3rd visit and the toilets are grubby and poorly cleaned. They are absolutely filthy. Can't understand how a restaurant gets away with such poor hygiene! A bottle of disinfectant and a good cleaner wouldn't go astray!

Rude service and terrible food, not sure how the main man Pat McDonagh lets this place trade under the mighty Supermacs banner, it’s by far and away the worst Supermacs around

Ordered 2 lunch box but were refused and told they only have a snack box left. There’s 4 of us and a snack box wouldnt even be enough for 2. Not to mention Twas only around 6-7pm and all fryers were still On. As an owner of a fastfood chain in other country, they’re supposed to cook whats ordered and not serve whats only left especially if its not very late.. so disappointed.
