Dos Reales - Overland Park

Have driven by here for years, and now I regret not stopping earlier. Had the Chorizo and Chicken tacos, with the typical rice/beans/chips/salsa. Chorizo and chicken were deliciously flavored and perfectly cooked. The salsa and pico were fresh, spicy and perfect with the homemade chips. The beans were creamy, rich and topped with a little cheese and then broiled. I’m not sure if I was super hungry, pleasantly surprised, or both, but it was one of the best Mexican meals I’ve had in a long time!

The specials at Taco Tuesday, Wednesday Steak Burritos, and Thursday Chimichangas are all fantastic!

I've been to many Mexican restaurants, but this place has amazing food. It's definitely one of the best!

I sometimes dine at this restaurant location and have noticed that the portion sizes are slightly smaller compared to the other location on Shawnee Mission Parkway.

Good place, it was super loud the evening we went in to meet with a friend.
