Hot Basil Thai Cuisine - Overland Park

Had the yellow curry with beef. Really delicious. Medium rage that was almost too much. If you're white, you'll go deeper on spicy?. Yellow curry was also sweet, which was different, but is really good. A bit on the expensive side, but it is Overland Park so go figure.

Terrible spring rolls, only salad with a few noodles and shrimps (the ended cost $2 more and was not listed). They asked what kind of meat we wanted on spring rolls, which is not a good sign. The waitress brought me the wrong noodle dish and my companion was half finished when I got mine, but no discount, not even a free drink. Too expensive in general. I ate here a few years ago with similar problems, but was willing to give him another chance. Never again.

This place was great! Good portion size great flavor. There were many options available on the menu.

Highly recommend. Our first time here and we tried the Pad Thai with pork, chicken satay and basil wings with Thai iced coffee and Thai tea. We are addicted! The food is amazing. I love how you can choose the amount of spicy you want. We will be coming back again.

Very good and authentic thai food. They have a variety of drink options, I had the famous Thai Iced tea. It didn't disappoint. For appetizer we had fried calamari and asked to switch the siracha salsa for sweet chili salsa. Very good. For main, I had the traditional pad Thai, and I asked to put bean sprouts. Husband had the Gapow. It was delicious. For dessert we had the mango sticky rice, it was the perfect close for a good dinner experience. The service is ok but a little rushed. But I will definitely come back bc of the flavor and execution of the dishes.
