Chicken Salad Chick - Oviedo

I had a fantastic lunch! I ordered a Dixie Chick BLT along with a side of macaroni and cheese. Both were delicious and satisfying. The easy online ordering process will definitely bring me back in the future.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The employee who helped me with my order was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. She was happy to answer all my questions. I enjoyed the choice I made, but I found the chicken salad to be a bit on the dry side. Overall, I would definitely return to try some of the other items on the menu.

I've only had positive experiences with this restaurant until now. The staff is lovely and attentive, but when I got home and opened my takeout, I was quite disappointed. The portion sizes were confusing—a normal-sized container and a second one that was much smaller. The dish looked like it had been sitting around for a while, as if it were reused. I ordered the dill dish, but there were no cucumbers or salad underneath the containers. I have two pages of notes, yet I only got two bites from each side. I've ordered the same meal for the past four days and was always satisfied, but this time it felt like they skimped on the portions. I'm really let down by the food I received, and now I have to order something else because it wasn't even enough to feed my 5-year-old.

This place embodies the meh way of thinking. Maybe my order of Classic Carol was the really unambiguous choice, but I thought the namesake chicken salad sandwich would be more of an impressive flagship meal. Unfortunately, the bread was too thin to support the wet meat. The toast was bizarre, and there was no crunch like the interior of a McDonald's bun. I enjoy my pages of Mac and cheese and a cookie. Maybe this place is great for chicken salad lovers, but I'm not.
