Bidra med feedbackOver charged for my food in drive thru and noticed on my way home. I was told I could not get my partial refund because I already consumed some of the food on my way. Jesus the manager on shift refused to offer a solution and had zero will or intent to help.
I purchased kids meal and hot caramel mocha coffee. Employees are friendly and have great customer service.
They completely missed my sandwich when putting the cheese on :

I just visited our local McDonald's, and I have to share my disappointment. Working overnight, I expected to have a substantial meal at what felt like dinner time—especially since it was 3:59 PM on October 31, 2020. When I asked if I could order a burger, a woman on the other end abruptly told me no. I was shocked, especially since we have five kids who love McDonald’s. It’s frustrating to think about how much money we invest in this franchise. Due to this lack of customer service, we won’t be returning to this location. I really hope the Wright family takes customer service more seriously in the future, especially when their staff can’t be bothered to assist a customer.
