Very disappointed in the customer service. No one in the store can answer questions or seem to know anything about pools. Worst, they have no desire to help. Wish there was another pool store in Owasso

We moved into a house recently with a pool. I've never owned a pool before. I have been into Leslie's several times over the last few months to ask questions and get supplies. I have interacted with 3 different employees and all were very kind and helpful. If the store is busy it can take a little while to work through the customers, but I just try to go at times that aren't busy or when I'm not in a hurry. I have appreciated their help very much and my pool is ready for our first summer with it!

I have been in multiple times since recently moving into a house with a pool. Every time the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time they spend explaining things to me as I learn more about pool care and maintenance. Thanks.
