Today will only be my third visit, but I am impressed. I want to lose 50 lbs by Christmas but HATE working out. Kickboxing is awesome, though!! So far I’ve had Amanda and Liz. The workouts are intense but I’m always so happy afterwards!

Always wanted to try kickboxing, so glad I did! Highly recommended! Everyone at Better Body Shop is so supportive and friendly! Great shakes for after workout too!

Shakes are all healthy with no chocolates or unhealthy add ons. Awesome protein balls. The Natural energy drinks have helped me quick drinking pop and sugar energy drinks all together. Not to mention I lost 55 lbs in 2 months. Check it out!!
