Mineral Springs Brewery - Owatonna

I visited this brewery for the first time and had a great experience. We tried two flights and sampled eight different beers, and I can honestly say there wasn't a bad one among them! The building is nice, offering plenty of comfortable indoor seating. They also have a good selection of merchandise. The outdoor patio is lovely, featuring two levels of seating. While the location isn't particularly lively, at least the road wasn't busy with traffic. I appreciate that it's dog-friendly, which is a big plus for me! I would definitely return!

Mineral Springs Brewery is a delightful little spot; it's evident that the locals truly appreciate this place. The staff and patrons are very friendly. They offer 14 beers on tap, ranging from stouts to IPAs to seltzers. The brewery keeps you informed about which beers are currently fermenting and what's coming next. The atmosphere is great, featuring an area near the brewing equipment, a bar, a patio, and even pod tents. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by and give them a try. I hope to spend more time there on my next visit to Owatonna!

This is a fantastic local brewery! They offer an impressive variety of beers, and the staff is outstanding. I visited from the city, and it was definitely worth the drive.

MSB is located on the west side of downtown Owatonna. They do not serve food but rely on food trucks. There are some bar snacks available like flavored pretzels and popcorn. There is a list of upcoming food trucks on their website and they have apretty good booking. They usually have them on Thursday and weekend nights. They also feature other events like bingo, triviaand car cruises. But let?s not forget that have a nice stage area outside for live music. The prices seemed very fare andthey do have a growler option available. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice relaxing evening or if you and yourfriends want to have a board game night.

Really excellent beers and great people and ownership. I?m very impressed with the brewmaster here and his delicious recipes. My only real complaint is the food trucks, I love good food but nearly every food truck they have either runs out of food ordoesn?t show up. That means I have to leave and go elsewhere for food which is a hassle. Great beer and people but questionablefood trucks.
