The Greene Turtle Sports Grille

Randomly went to the Green Turtle after my conference and was greeted by Marcus the manager with a welcoming smile. I sat at the bar with the Brittany, the bartender, shortly after Marcus came by with a whiskey rep and she had introduced me and my colleagues. Food was great, Brittany was great and the manager was amazing! Very recommended.

Terrific service!!! I had to get the young lady?s name because it is so rare to come across genuinely sweet people. Daeja is AMAZING and took great care of my large party on Saturday. Definitely five star service and great food.

We called to see if we could bring our dog to sit at the outdoor section and we?re told that was fine. We spoke with a server for a table and told them we had a party of 5, waiting on 3 more people to arrive. It took 20 minutes for the rest of the party to arrive. The whole time we were waiting we were not approached once to have our drink order put in or appetizers put in. Other people were dining outside too and getting service, 2 different servers looked at us, yet didn?t give us any service. we weren?t approached once. The rest of our party arrived and saw we had gotten no service, so we decided to leave. This place has went downhill. Inside the restaurant was not busy either so this was totally unacceptable- also with it being slow there were 3 tables not bussed. Downhill. Disappointing.

There wasn't a lot of people inside at first (got there at 5pm), but it quickly filled up right after we were seated. Btw: Happy hour is 3-6pm 10pm-close. The TVs make it hard to hear each other when talking inside so I think it will be better to do patio/outdoor seating next time unless there's a game on. The food was pretty good. The Buffalo chicken nachos were a great shareable size and the drinks were delicious. Unfortunately my 10-piece Korean BBQ wings tasted like teriyaki with sprinkled sesame seeds and the monkey bread was not what I expected (4 pieces of overcooked dough and a scoop of gritty, freezerburned ice cream). I wouldn't mind coming back, but i would choose an earlier time and eat outside...and maybe skip dessert too

Ordered thru an app which was malfunctioning on their end and kept canceling my order after 3 calls to the app and 3 calls to Green Turtle my order went through on the 4th try. As if that weren't bad enough, after waiting an hr for my order I recieved a smear of crab dip on each side of my crabby melt(see photo. There's barely a dollop on the bread. One of the pieces of bacon is all fat and I have more bacon than dip(see photo) . I also ordered 6 Bone-In wings. I received a carry out full of boneless wings? and ranch sauce not the blue cheese dipping sauce I ordered. The restaurants in this area are consistently bad. Please someone point me to some decent restaurants bc I've found none since moving to the area almost a year ago.
