Mcdonald's - Oxford

I waited 20 minutes only to be served cold food, and the staff were very rude. I won’t be spending my money here again.

I ordered and paid for a large Earth Shaker, but the server gave us a small cup instead. She insisted it was great, but we know better. Who's trying to pull a fast one here?

My son loves mcdonalds! he enjoyed his meal? do they know when they get the happy meal and want two pommes instead of apples, it is considered a small frit.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Even the manager, Teresa McMurray, was disrespectful, using inappropriate language and treating customers rudely, with no consequences for her behavior. When the chef attempted to address the issues, he was told everything was fine, while staff members openly stated that nothing had actually been accomplished. An employee even suggested that the chief administrator address the behavior of the other manager and staff when they are rude or unresponsive to patrons. Overall, the management on the floor needs a complete overhaul.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The workers are very unprofessional. They curse loud in the back, no hair nets and don’t come to work. Just ghetto.
