There are few places in this mall. Service: It was fast, good. Place: Small, not more than 10 tables. Food: I have the smokehouse, no vegetables, good taste. The other was the house original. Sincerely Burger size and price does not fit. I was in other similar places and it's the first time I paid $11 for a little burger. Shakes are very good, price is fair. I tried Oreo-Strawberry. Very good for me.

Quick lunch stop while shopping. Good service. Hot fries. Coke products. Couldn't give it 5 stars because my bun fell apart, but enjoyed the meal overall. UPDATE 12/2/2021 We are back in Virginia once again and were out for the day and stopped for a quick lunch. Orlando took good care of us. The fries were plentiful and hot, the hot dog hit the spot, as did the hamburger.

Place looked clean, guy at front was smiling although he had a mask I can see a nice greeting.. he also bought the food to the table even though I had to go... I got a salad as well.. looks very good like my burger.. I opened it ... It look like the picture... first time here thanks Mohammed

Food and strawberry oreo milkshake was amazing. Burger was juicy and the smokehouse ranch was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed the bacon cheese fries as well.

Mediocre. Convenient location for shoppers but not worth going out of your way. Ordered The Original. It wasn't horrible... just very average and sloppy... the kind of burger that falls apart and drips constantly leaving behind a small puddle of unappetizing juice. That said, the price was good, and the service was nice and helpful. JANNET was the best.
