Mcdonald's - Oxon Hill

All of our food was cold having to warm it to eat. the cheese on my fish sandwich wasnt melted and slid right off

The fries were ice cold, and I didn’t order the chicken spicy, but that’s how it came. There were no napkins or extra ketchup packets provided, and there wasn’t any ketchup on the chicken. I was really disappointed. The tea was alright, though—it was drinkable.

The food quality was disappointing; the orange Hi-C tasted watered down, the fries were cold, and the McFlurry was hardly filled.

I requested no cheese on my sausage egg McGriddle, but I received cheese without the egg instead. I just removed the cheese, and it was still tasty. They also didn't prepare my iced coffee the way I wanted. The only thing they got right in my order was the Minute Maid.

This is definitely one of the better McDonald's locations. It's always clean and the service is quick. The staff here also seems to be at least 50% more attentive and friendly compared to other McDonald's branches.
