Subway - Oxon Hill

I really enjoyed the food here. The service is consistently excellent, and the restaurant is always clean. The staff are extremely friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!

Most of the notable issues seem to stem from a small segment of customers who can be quite demanding or disruptive. **Pros:** The food quality is great and the staff are usually friendly, unless certain customers change the atmosphere. They accept cards (which is important in this area) as well as NFC and QR payments. I believe they also offer Wi-Fi. You’ll find a wider selection of toppings, drinks, and chips than what's displayed on the app or website. **Cons:** The space is quite small, and it can sometimes be hard to understand what the staff are saying. I would prefer if staff members with beards wore beard nets or similar masks. I witnessed a customer complaining about how their food was being handled after payment, but I saw the staff change gloves and follow proper protocols. **Oddity:** I enjoy getting a foot-long Spicy Italian for $5.95, but I noticed it might go up to $6.00 due to a national promotion. **November 2017 Update:** After visiting a Subway in NYC and comparing the food quality to this location, I’ve upgraded my rating to 5 stars. I’ve also come to understand the staff better (who may have seemed a bit curt at first but are actually quite nice). I’ve addressed some minor issues, and the quality has remained consistent.
