The two young staff members at the front were very polite and repeatedly apologized. However, when the young man went to speak with the manager, my husband overheard her complaining in the kitchen, insisting she had included the duck sauce in our bag. She was quite rude about it. When she came up front, she started yelling at my husband, insisting that she had put the sauce in the bag and that he wouldn't receive any more. She even gestured aggressively in his direction. Despite the presence of other customers, including children, my husband remained composed. However, her outburst was so disruptive that several other customers in line decided to leave. One man even told her he wouldn’t return if she continued treating customers this way, to which she replied, “Good, don’t come back!” When my husband expressed that we would not be returning either, she gave him the same response. Eventually, my husband left the restaurant, realizing that the situation was going nowhere. The two young staff members were clearly embarrassed and kept apologizing. As he exited, my husband grabbed a handful of the free duck sauce sitting on the counter. We will definitely not be going back!
Recently, we placed a large order through the drive-thru, and when we got home, we discovered that our sauces were missing, which are essential for my family. My husband went back to the restaurant to inform them about the mistake, noting that this has become a recurring problem. She seemed rather rude, so my husband asked her to come out and speak with him directly. When she approached, she raised her voice and insisted she had indeed placed the sauces in the bag, even gesturing dismissively with her hands. There were other customers in the restaurant, including children, so my husband maintained his composure. However, her attitude was so off-putting that two other groups of men waiting in line ended up leaving the restaurant. One gentleman told her he would never return if that was how she treated customers, to which she coldly replied, “Good, don’t come back!” My husband also mentioned that we wouldn’t be returning, and she had the same unsympathetic response for him. Eventually, my husband chose to leave the restaurant, realizing it was futile to continue. The two young employees at the front looked disheartened and kept apologizing. Before leaving, my husband made sure to grab some of the free napkins placed on the counter. We have decided we will never go back!
I will never return! I've been there twice, both times using the drive-thru. Each time, my order was incorrect, and I ended up having to go inside to pay for the food I didn't receive. They also took back the food I did get, which was wrong, without offering a refund. To make matters worse, they wouldn't provide me with a receipt. In the end, I ended up paying for their mistakes. By the time I got home, the food was cold. It was a disappointing experience for both them and my family.
